We use professional hot water extraction on every job — the gold standard for carpet cleaning recommended by most carpet manufacturers. High pressure heated water is injected deep into the carpet fibers, then extracted along with all the dirt, bacteria, and allergens.

Yes — we use eco friendly, non-toxic, pet safe cleaning products on every single job. No harsh chemicals, no strong odors, safe for your whole family.

Most residential jobs take between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the size of your home and the condition of the carpets. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Typically 4 to 8 hours. We recommend opening windows and running fans to speed up drying time. Avoid walking on carpets with dirty shoes until fully dry.

We ask that you move small items like chairs, ottomans, and lamps before we arrive. We can move light furniture but cannot move heavy pieces like beds, large dressers, or entertainment centers.

We can remove the vast majority of stains including pet stains, wine, coffee, grease, and ink. Some stains that have permanently set into the carpet fibers may not be fully removable — we'll always be upfront with you about what's achievable before we start.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Payment is collected at the time of booking.
